We're really excited about CYMPALe Payment Solution

Introduced to our portfolio of products and services in January 2007, it totally integrates in to your business and offers a highly streamlined method of collectiing payment from your customers.

Using the CYMPALe Payment Solution you can collect payment;

• Directly through your website
• By Mail Order
• By Telephone
• By Fax

When your website customer is ready to make payment for goods ordered in their shopping basket, after submitting their billing details they will be taken to the checkout page. In the checkout page, they will be asked to provide their card details. The checkout page is secured with 128 bit encryption (see 'your secured website' in above illustration).

When the customer submits their card details, the card details are processed almost instantly in your site - they are NOT redirected to another site (eg PayPal). If authorisation was successful, the customer will then see your payment authorised page. If authorisation was unsuccessful the customer will remain on the checkout page where an alert will tell them authorisation failed, check the card details or provide details of another card.

The whole process is completed in the background application, at no time does the customer ever leave your site, making this an attractive and professional payment collection solution.

Other Aspects to Consider

With the CYMPALe Payment Solution you are provided with a 'virtual terminal'. This allows you to take payment via a web interface whilst you are (eg) on the telephone to a customer. The customer will provide you with their card details, you'll type them in to the web interface and wait for authorisation. You can also use the 'virtual terminal' to take payment by fax and by mail.

All this allows you flexibility in the way you collect customer payments and enables you to offer your customers methods of payment they are comfortable with.

The payment processing service (see 'payment processing server' in above illustration) is provided by Metacharge which is a PayPoint company. PayPoint is one of the UK's leading premier branded retail networks for the convenient local payment of household bills, mobile top-ups and now also for cash withdrawals from in-store LINK cash dispensers.
