Online Store Management
Create as many manufacturers, categories, sub-categories and products listings as you wish. You can upload one product or thousands of products...its up to you, no limits applied! Upload product information, images and prices with easy to use text boxes...it's as easy as using a word processor! Optimise each product by completing the title, keywords and description boxes, click save and its online right away, ready for your customers to buy! No delays, no waiting.
Invoice Management
When the customer has paid for their order in your website, the standard system automatically creates an html invoice with a unique order / invoice number and stores it consecutively to the system for later emailing (if required) to the customer and for printing copies for your accounts. The system can also be programmed to generate pdf invoices, create an email, attach the pdf invoice and send it to the customer...again, all automatically! *CC's and *BCC's can be sent elsewhere...e.g. to you, accounts dept etc. They print to a standard A4 sheet using CSS that we define.
Customer Care Management
Collects customer queries from your website and saves them to the system for you to reply to. When you type your answer in the box provided and click update, the system will generate an email including your website header (mini version), lay it out in a professional letter format and return it to the sender. It will include their original query and your answer, inviting them, if required, to contact you should they need further assistance.
Customer Data Management
When your visitor pays for their order, they'll create an account, the details of which are saved to Website Customer Management. The information is available for you to view, edit and delete as you require. You can also export data to an excel file and import it e.g. for use in Microsoft Word.
Email Management
You need a really cost efficient way to send some new product information to your website customers? No problem. Log in to email management, create an email with the easy to use word processor type interface, include formatted text and even images of the product itself. Then choose who you want to send the email to.
Send to one, some or all of your website customers. By including website links in the email you can even point them to the product page on your site, when they get there, they only have to click the buy button! Think of the savings you'll make in telephone calls, paper, envelopes and stamps without thinking of the man hours it would take to assemble a mail out.
Website Page Management
From time to time you'll want to update some information in your website pages. With this feature, there's no need to wait. Log in, click the edit button for the page you want to edit and amend the text and images as required. As with all our features, again this is easy to use and based on word processor software layout. Click save and right away your updated web page is available to view by your website visitors. You can create as many pages as you require, update them as many times as you like, save them indefinitely and delete when you wish. Pages are created meeting CSS and XHTML standards, keeping your site as professional as it was the day we uploaded it.
Financial Reports Management
Want to know what your website best sellers are? This will tell you. You can obtain a report for any range of dates. They are in colour graphs, clear and easy to read. See your best sellers, incomplete order values, vat and shipping totals, total turnover, all with a few clicks of your mouse and your done.
Website User Admin Management
Imagine, you have a busy day ahead and lots of new products to upload to your website. Simple answer? Create an account for any or all of your staff and let them log in. Assign them responsibilities in your site to share the workload getting your all important products online in no time at all. The system can easily cope with multiple logins...at home, the office or on the move. Simply log in, go to user management and create accounts. By including the admin users email, the system will even automatically email their login details to them...leaving you to get on with the rest of your day.
Software Settings Management
When your site is complete, we'll set up the software settings for you. This includes information like your business address, website telephone number, default website email, vat settings. You can of course log in and change these anytime you like. If help is required to do so, we're always on hand.
Hosting, Email, Cpanel and Support
The website package we supply you also includes a Secure Server on which your website will be hosted. Any forms completed throughout your site can then be encrypted for extra protection. You can create as many secured email addresses as you like. We supply you with a Cpanel so that you can monitor your server, see where your hits are coming from, manage emails accounts and a whole lot more. And, of course, we provide you online support 24/7/365. ALL website servers in terms of technical requirements are manage by a technical team helping to ensure your website is always available, up and running, nothing for you to worry about...even when you're asleep!

We'll provide you with a professional CSS Standards based website, it will be XHTML Compliant. It will also adhere to Accessibility Guidelines as set out by the W3C and be P3P Compliant too! All this means that you'll have a website that is attractive, safe and easy for your customers to use and which can be viewed on many of today's browsing devices.
Dual Pricing Policy Support (for ecommerce sites)
Your website supports dual pricing policies. So, for example, if you have trade and retail customers, each can see prices relevant to the sort of customer they are.
Discount Support (for ecommerce sites)
The shopping cart can be programmed to calculate any discount formula you require. As businesses have different ways of calculating discounts, we'll discuss these when setting up your website and create them in accordance with your specific requirements.
Shipping Support (for ecommerce sites)
If you have shipping accounts with DHL, UPS, USPS, Fedex or Australia Post, we can connect your shopping cart (if required) to your shipping accounts so that your customers can get 'live' shipping calculations as they add items to their shopping basket. Alternatively, you can populate the shipping tables in the administration area with your own shipping costs and the cart will charge a shipping rate based on your Shipping Weight Bandings or Shipping By Zone accordingly. Local, national or international zones can be used for maximum flexibility. A combination of both can be applied. Because businesses have different ways of calculating shipping charges, we'll discuss these when setting up your website and create them as in accordance with your specific requirements.
Taking Payments (for ecommerce sites)
If you require payment collection facilities for your site. we can connect you to any one of the following services; PayPal, WorldPay, SagePay, 2Checkout, AuthorizeNet, eWay, FirstData and JCC (Cyprus). Delivery Schedule: 5-10 Working Days
Delivery is based from when all information, payment gateway and shipping gateway account details are received by us in full.
When do I have to Pay?
A non refundable deposit will be required. This is a minimum of 50% of the total amount. When your account is activated, you'll receive by email and invoice requesting the deposit. When this is received, the registration of required web addresses will be completed and work on your site will begin in accordance with the Delivery Schedule. When the website is signed off and ready, the final payment will be requested and when received, your website will be launched for public viewing!
Interruption to your working day is strictly kept to a minimum. However, to include you in the set up process, you will be requested to examine various aspects of your site as it is being completed. On completion and where required, a small training session will be arranged to familiarize you with your new website and administration area.
